Intendo ~ the anti-fansite Warcadia
Hi.
Haven’t been around. It’s happened before, and if it ever reverses, it’ll happen again. But i am working on some game blog stuff behind the scenes. Something that could turn major, provided my guiding hand. It’s not Intendo or Warcadia, but it’s a serious, not-owned-by-me endeavor i’m participating in that will hopefully benefit at least Intendo in some way, if i ever find the time & energy to invest in it again at least part-time.
It’s serious exposure, i promise. Be back soon.
Leipzig is over. The convention, not the city. The city is still here. Next year the GC will be in Koln (Cologne), a much smaller city i’m told. Don’t know if i’ll be making that one.
I have a lot of stories and pictures, so stay tuned for those. Tuned i say!
I am going to Leipzig Germany in 2 days, and while there i will go to the Games Convention to cover all the games and happenings. Excitement.

My Wal-Mart has the MGS PS3 combo… I have a check for twice that… tomorrow is the day.
We’ve been dwindling with hits week on week, going from a steady 300+, to the mid 200s, and now floating just sub 200. I’ve been out of it. Today might bring a turnaround.
Anyway, i’ve been considering for a while to start posting Warcadia content on Intendo. That basically means PS3 stuff where i’m concerned. I don’t wanna put Warc on ice, but there’s no sense in spreading the content so thin when one site is better positioned for reader growth than the other by miles.
The problem is that that stuff doesn’t necessarily fit when a) we’ve historically been a Nintendo blog, and b) i’m the only editor with an HD system (Bill notwithstanding, wherever he is). Both reasons give dire hope for comments from the regulars, but posting PlayStation stuff will bring in new hits. Intendo isn’t inherently a Nintendo-exclusive site anyway, at least by name, so i hope it won’t be too alienating.
Maybe we should start talking and bitching about Intellivision game now instrad of Nintendo….
… and maybe I will start using spell check. We both know neither is going to happen.
It’s amazing
I am now undertaking the massive task of importing all the posts we made on Blogger years ago (wow), both from my Linteria blog and the original Warcadia. Figured i should before Blogger sinks, which is inevitable.

Guys, when you post (whenever that may be) be sure to add relevant tags. We get so many hits from WordPress’ tag surfer, so make sure that your posts have the appropriate tagging. You can even go back through your older posts and add new tags that may fit.
I am always looking to align with other WordPress blogs. It’s been awhile since the last, Citizen Game, but now we have a new one: Retrozoid. They have a real nice layout, short pages, and most importantly, regularity. Check em out.

It’s GONE. My wife ordered the package from Circuit City. I will not be instant as it could have been… who else has the balls to buy a PS3 bundle the day before e3?
